* Parking: Park on the school playground off Oliver Road
* No spectators allowed on the astro, spectators to remain outside of the perimeter fence
* Hutton FC play in red shirts, shorts and socks, so please bring a change of shirts or bibs to wear if you are likely to clash.
* Grass Pitches: Walk across the school field next to the school playground car park, grass pitches are through the hedge.
* Format: All teams will play 3 matches. The matches will all run on a central timer. We have a 1 hour slot on the astro, so we need quick turnaround on the matches to complete 3 matches within the time slot.

Parking will be an issue, parents are welcome to park across the road at Great Danes YFC
Players must stay off the mud, before they come on to the surface – no muddy footwear.
Tight slot time, no access prior to 10am, must be completely off the surface by 11am
May be possible to warm up on the Tennis Courts, if they’re not being used
Games will start around 10:05am, usual format of three matches with a short break
Toilets in the Sports Hall (New Building next to the pitch)
Only players and coaches allowed on the surface, spectators must stay behind the spectator fence
No refreshments available on site, but Great Danes YFC Tea Bar will be open across the road, serving bacon rolls, hot drinks etc
