Essex FA Charter Standard League of the year for 2017

winner

BCFA Youth League has been awarded the FA Charter Standard League of the year for 2017 in Essex.

We received the following notice from the ECFA this morning:

‘As you are aware the search for grassroots heroes in Essex went on during February and March for a number of categories in the FA Community Awards. The aim of the awards was to recognise and reward grassroots clubs, organisations, coaches and volunteers across the country who keep the national game alive. Here in Essex we received over 250 nominations across all eight categories, which was fantastic to receive.

‘The nomination process this year was exceptionally difficult, but I am pleased to announce that The Brentwood Community Football Alliance have been selected as the 2017 Essex FA winner for FA Charter Standard League .

We received a number of nominations for The Brentwood Community Football Alliance which outlined the positive impact you have had on players, the continued work you complete to develop youth football in line with the FA and the hard work all members put in to support and retain youth participation. ‘

This award is testimony to all the hard work of the Management Committee and the support and great attitude of the member clubs. It’s good to see reward for our ethos towards the provision of football. We must continue to work together for the benefit of the League and ALL the clubs involved.

Congratulations to all
